| EXPERIENCE AND BACKGROUND |
Beginning his career as an independent Commercial Real Estate Research Consultant in 1994, Dean has a thorough knowledge of the Northeast Florida Market. Working on projects for CSX, Insight Property Group, Carter and Associates, and others, he has demonstrated his abilities by assisting in development projects, tracing property ownership histories, and performing availability studies on office, industrial and retail properties. He has been a contributing writer with articles appearing in the Jacksonville Business Journal, and Florida Real Estate Journal. He also is an accomplished webmaster and uses his skills in Internet marketing to expose his listing inventory to a wide range of Commercial Real Estate users.
Dean is a Broker-Salesperson who maintains a listing inventory of over $20,000,000 in property value. He applies the years of research in the Northeast Florida market to bring buyers and sellers together.
