James a native of Philadelphia Pennsylvania, and graduate of Mercyhurst College in Erie PA., earned a commission in the United States Marine Corps 1986. He served for twenty years retiring as a Lieutenant Colonel in July 2006. His personal decorations include the Bronze Star Medal, Meritorious Service Medal, Air Medal with 2 Strike/Flight awards, Navy Commendation Medal and the Navy Achievement Medal.

From his experience leading Marines and a career in Marine Aviation, Leneghan has honed the skills necessary to excel in commercial real estate. James is a detailed planner with exceptional analytical skills and the ability to execute and deliver. A proven performer with a twenty year record of over achieving, now applying his vast skill set and talent to general commercial real estate.
