  • EXPERIENCE AND BACKGROUND
    Michael Canella is a Vice President with Atlantic Commercial Properties. Michael continues to broker in all sectors of commercial real estate but specializes in the sales and leasing of Industrial sites and facilities in the North and Central Florida areas.

    Mr. Canella has been performing in the capacity of Broker/Salesman for over ten years and has built up considerable expertise during this time. Michael's dedication and hard work has helped him to earn the Salesman of The Year award in 1998 - 2004. He is adept at selling facility proposals, land acquisitions and development packages to decision makers and has a thorough understanding of the architectural, engineering, permitting and construction process. Michael is experienced in site contamination mitigation, rezoning and concurrency matters relating to industrial land use and acquisition; has the ability to communicate effectively and establish excellent rapport with clients from diverse socio-economic backgrounds. He is known for developing and nurturing national and international contacts. Michael is also a professional photographer/pilot with over 2,000 hours of flying time with access to several aircraft for prospect and client commercial property evaluation and aerial photography.
